We will work out all the tricky logistics for you and finalise a detailed wedding day schedule for you so everything runs smoothly on the day

We will contact each vendor to confirm arrival times, set up needs, meal counts, final payments etc
On the day coordination
We will be everyone's point of contact for vendors, guests and the bridal party. We will be onsite to oversee the setup and ensure decor, florals, signage, place settings and rentals match the plan. We will manage the ceremony by cuing music, assisting guests, timing entrances etc. We will keep the reception flowing and make sure things run on schedule

Location & venue:
Venue/location scouting to find your ideal ceremony spot. Permit management for public land or parks. Backup plans, including alternative locations for bad weather.
Vendors:
Sourcing vendor options, managing bookings and contracts, and coordinating setup times on the day.
Styling & design:
Mood boards and design concepts bringing together your colour palette, florals, and styling. Decor hire coordination, including ceremony arches, picnic setups, table styling, etc.
Timeline management & on-the-day coordination:
Creating a runsheet and ensuring the day flows as planned.
